Clothes make the man. Naked people have little or no influence on society.” – Mark Twain

Are people going to accept your business proposal if you show up wearing your lunch on your chin, with muddy shoes and unkempt hair? Would you take someone else seriously if they did the same?

Apart from the obvious impact on how you are perceived by others, what you wear and how you dress can have an immense impact on your own self confidence. People get into habits in what they wear and how they look because it’s easy, but why not try something new? It doesn’t have to be radical – wear a tie for a change, or get a new one, ask for a slightly different style next time your hair is cut (if you don’t like it, hair grows back!), or wear a shirt with french cuffs!

When you know you look amazing on the outside, you feel amazing on the inside.

And before you rush out the door to that meeting, take a quick look in the mirror – it could be the difference between success and failure!
