Another commercial

I reckon what’s happening now is that people are grabbing professionally produced commercials and using them to promote their own product or service on the web by changing the graphics. For example, this commercial which would have cost heaps to make now just ends with a end billboard (static graphic) for the cardio drug which looks like it been “added on”. I may be wrong but I’d swear that I’ve seen the video before and it was either just a fun one promoting nothing or it was promoting another product.
