I need a Personal Assistant with Web and Social Media Skills!
My PA has finished her degree and is going away to perform miracles overseas. Do you know a great organiser with web and social media skills? Someone who wants a flexible part time position near Glen Waverley, Victoria?
I am looking for a person with great office skills coupled with up to date web and social marketing abilities to support me in my very interesting and enjoyable business.
It is a part time position of a very flexible 24 hours a week and we can structure those hours to suit you. It may be a straight three days, two full days and two half days or 5 days of around 5 hours a day.
We pay well, around $20 an hour, with tax advantage. My PA reckons I am great to work for and says she loves working here. As an animal lover, working in my home office will make you equally happy, with our 2 friendly dogs and 2 bossy cats to keep us company.
The business provides training, marketing and consulting assistance to a range of really great clients and also produces a number of products sold on the web either as downloads or physical purchases.
To give you an idea of what is involved let me explain why the position has become available. My current P.A. is doing a degree at a nearby university and now, as she gets closer to graduation, wants to work in a field more closely allied to her degree. Her working hours were adjusted whenever necessary to suit her timetable and she readily admits she hates the idea of leaving.
In the 2 years my PA has been with me she has taken responsibility for all of my cyberspace activities which include the website, my regular e-newsletter and blog and my Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter interactions with our clients and subscribers. Whilst I write the content she manages the whole activity and provides appropriate additional content as well.
As well as all this she edits my audio programs and is developing a number of interesting projects for the business and some of our clients.
My PA also says that understanding marketing on social media and e-Newsletter experience is highly desirable. A knowledge of CRM, especially ACT would be beneficial, as would being able to work with WordPress or Joomla.
Although I use the computer for e-mail and writing activity because I am of more senior years I am no genius at any computer applications I look to my PA to solve all those problems too!
