I love my morning walks with Millie and Sharnie. Not only is it great exercise, I also find the time away from it all really gets me thinking!

Sometimes we need to slow down, and step back, to see the big picture clearly. I’m sure you know the tale of Newton and the great realisations he had while daydreaming! So why not call your office and make a one hour appointment with yourself today?

Take a bath, do some yoga,  play some golf, even if its only for an hour – but don’t forget your notepad. You’ll need it for writing down your Newton-like life changing thoughts!
