People cancelling appointments at the last moment or not keeping them are the bane of all busy professionals. That’s why I loved the approach of  U.K. Chiropracter, Dr. Criss Partridge, who has this policy and reminds all of his patients about it regularly.

Appointment Policy

First missed appointment, we understand; anyone can forget once.

Second missed, we are not very happy; a gift, chocolates or flowers is required to appease us.

Third missed appointment, our standard fee will apply.

Fourth missed appointment, we don’t make any more appointments for you.

P.S. We love chocolates and flowers.
