3. Measurement
It’s incredible how often people aim at nothing and hit it with amazing accuracy! What I am trying to say here is that all team members must be measured against goals, standards, key performance indicators, call them what you like because unless their performance is regularly measured and evaluated there is no reason for them to toe the line. It’s simply a matter of “what gets measured gets done” because if they know it’s going to be measured then they do it.
