You’ve probably seen this advert because it went viral some time ago… but it keeps on hitting in boxes again and again.  It clearly demonstrates how important what we say is and how we say it. A reminder that we should sell benefits not features.

This poor guy was overlooked by a lot of passersby. I’m sure they were probably thinking, he’s blind.  He can’t see me, so what? But put the sign into a context that we all understand and it can produce amazing results.

What if you changed the words you use in your business whether it be a headline, an advert, instruction, slogan or whatever?  It could produce just the same results as it did for this man.
