I saw this way of really tangibilising a great offer in a store in downtown Honolulu recently (says he name dropping).

The store could have just plastered “20 percent off” offers everywhere but it wouldn’t have the same impact as the bag.

It kinda appeals to our greed doesn’t it? “Geez”, we say, “I’m sure gunna stuff that bag really full to save as much as I can!”

The result is customers would probably buy a lot more stuff (and lots they didn’t need) coz of that cunning appeal to their greedy side. Not that it would work on us would it?

The lesson is… how can we package our offers to increase their appeal… and our sales?
