Another Commercial: Using Elvis to get a message across.

Local councils are not normally known for their sense of humour or ability to think outside the square so let’s hear it for the Torfaen Council in Wales who used great imagination to get a safety message about winter snow across to ratepayers.  Employing the talents of their local Elvis impersonator (and second in the All Wales Elvis competition) Darren ‘Graceland’ Jones they put new lyrics to the Elvis hit “In the Chapel.”

Here in all its glory is “In the Depot”.

Let’s have more of this creative thinking from bureaucrats to get messages across!
