Cats, like ’em or hate ’em you gotta love this! About 3 years ago the advertising agency who handle IKEA’s work wanted to get the sense of peace, quiet and serenity which is the result of furnishing your home at IKEA (not that I get that feeling personally because if I lose sight of my wife I reckon I’m in there forever!). They released 100 cats into an IKEA store and shot lots of film and here’s the result. I reckon it works, don’t you? Around 10 million views of the TVC suggest that I’m right.
But, really, if you want to see the all time best commercial using cats, go have a look at this one. Frankly it’s a bit like what they have to do at some companies I know.
