Just before Christmas I had a problem and this email to Weber Australia explains all. Their service really sets the standard. Cold you match it?
I just wanted to say thank you for the fantastic service you have given me in providing the replacement hose for my Weber.
I had been give it as a present ages ago but only opened it recently and found that the hose was faulty. I thought I could replace it at a Weber retailer but, when I went to do that yesterday, 3 days before Christmas, I found out that I had to order it from you!
I panicked, coz I reckoned I was gunna get cold shoulder from the missus for the cold turkey I was gunna have to serve on Christmas day!
And you got it to me next day! Thank you, thank you… that’s marvellous service. I will tell everyone how good my Weber… and the service… is!
And I reckon the roast turkey will be sensational!
