From somewhere deep in the recesses of my brain I recall these five sentences of one to five words that I was told I should endeavour to use every day. So, as you get back into the joys of your business activities for the New Year you might like to incorporate each of these into your day-to-day dealings with people. I am sure you’ll be amazed by the results:
One word- you,
Two words- thank you,
Three words- would you please,
Four words- what do you think,
Five words- I am proud of you.
