Here’s a great way of breaking through the clutter that is the email world today. It’s particularly useful when you want to tell somebody you love them (Valentine’s Day tomorrow!), thank them for the purchase or the sale, follow up on a meeting or any other conceivable idea.

And what is it?

Well, it’s a very easy way of sending a video message that isn’t a large for a start and doesn’t get caught in spam filters.

All you have to do is get in front of the camera on your PC or digital device, press the red button and start talking for around two minutes. Then put in the email address of the person you want the message sent to and hit send.

That’s it! It’s zapped to the recipient in minutes.

And it gets through because, as I said, it’s not a large file (in fact the message is back at the server) and the recipient doesn’t need any software to open the message and view it. Yes, it really is that simple.

And the news gets even better. The recipient can you reply with their video message by return without having to download any software.

Of course if they want to continue to send messages they have to download the software from the company which takes a couple of minutes, but the good news is that it’s free.
