One of the problems for many advertisers is differentiating themselves from the competition, no more so than for Pandora and the plethora of “me too” brands out there. Their target market is females, particularly mothers, and I think that this commercial would have instant appeal to them. I’m certainly not their market but I must confess I love it… brings tears to my eyes.
The “how’s things?” call is one of those techniques every businessperson should use. It works beautifully for anybody who is serious about making their business successful.
