Now, ask yourself what you can do to bring clients back twice as often. You see your clients are both promiscuous (they go to competitors) and forgetful (they do other things). We need to get them back to us. The easy ways to do that? Set up their next visit before they leave this time by giving them a bounce back coupon… something to spend next time they come in. And use your database to make them more appealing offers more often packed full of good old WIIFM’s (What’s in it for me’s)… an offer by letter, email on the web or posted via social media will work gangbusters!
