To make it happen is simple. You get clients talking positively about you because your team make them say “WOW!” by doing those little extra, unexpected things that others don’t do (try shaking hands to welcome them or saying you are “fantastic!” when they ask).

Remember, it’s what you do differently that people talk about! Or maybe you ask them whether they know somebody who would appreciate your service or products. Or you create a system to regularly talk to your database about referring a friend (ask me for the “I must be stupid” letter). And you reward clients every time they introduce a friend. Make it worthwhile by giving them an unexpected reward they’ll appreciate.
