It’s had a salutary impact on me and my (older generation) ways and I’m aiming to change some of my ingrained behaviour. Its only had 610,162 views at time of writing so let’s get it out there. At home my dad was the breadwinner and mom the homemaker. He did outdoor work and mom did indoor. She also helped with painting windows and other ‘manly’ jobs. With my bride of 15 years, I fix breakfast and walk our children to school 90% of the time and pray with them at bed time. I keep 2 of our 3 bathrooms clean and clean up the kitchen after I fix anything. It only seems fair and right to help you ‘help-mate’. By the way, children need to interact with their fathers and SEE their fathers treat their mums with respect. Sons will treat their wives as dad’s treat their mums. Daughters will marry someone like their dads. If that scares any dads out there… the time to change is NOW.
