Always have a comfortable speaking position
You should experiment with different positions for your feet until you find one that is comfortable and then stay with it, perhaps only changing the leading foot from left to right (or vice versa) for a little variety. Avoid, at all costs, rocking backwards and forwards on your feet and gazing towards the ceiling as if expecting some form of divine intervention.
