In an article some time ago I suggested that you must give real incentive to your potential audience to come to your seminar when they know they will have to struggle against the traffic, find a park, walk into a cold hall where they don’t know anybody and sit through a horrendously boring presentation. Particularly when the more attractive alternative is to go home, spend time with the kids, have a glass or two of wine over a nice dinner and revel in quality time with their partner.
Remember, the biggest key to a successful seminar is getting people to attend. There is no point having a great presentation if it’s to an empty room. So, the invitation must be alluring to the target market.

That’s why I reckon this incentive in a seminar invitation directed at dentists is a winner. They make great money and are attracted to the finer things of life.
