I rarely write about private “stuff” but occasionally I must share something that I find interesting and worthwhile. This is one occasion. I am a subscriber to The Melbourne Theatre Company and we see 10 or so plays a year, some I enjoy, some I don’t, but at least the subscription forces me to go to shows I might not otherwise.
I saw their production of The Architect the other night and this note is to urge you to beg, borrow or steal tickets to see it. Try to see it in Melbourne (season finishes 31 October) in case it’s been, or isn’t going, to your area.
Other than recommending it, I’ll say no more than it was fast and funny in the first half and, in the second half, they hit you in the face with a brick!
