Roy Morgan Research has released the results of its latest survey on digital inclusion. Developed and produced by researchers at RMIT University’s Digital Ethnography Research Centre and the Centre for Social Impact at Swinburne University of Technology, in partnership with Telstra and Roy Morgan, it measures digital inclusion by analysing three factors; access, affordability and digital ability. It finds, in a nutshell, that digital inclusion is improving across Australia, but the digital divide continues to widen.
