A friend of mine used to live in Sydney and regularly trekked out to Herbie’s Spices at Rozelle. She’s now moved to Melbourne and had to order at the website, so she included an explanation as to why she hadn’t ordered in person.

She got a lovely handwritten note back to say “Many thanks, cheers for the note… we miss you too!”

She was chuffed that they bothered and it’s guaranteed she’ll be a customer for life. Simple to do but worth heaps.
