Valentine’s day isn’t particularly big in our family’s lives but it seems as though young couples and non-bored domestic partnerships love it… maybe it’s an excuse to say “you’re okay” once a year whereas we old stoics know that you need to say it, and better still show it, more often than that!

Since most people understand what the day is about, it’s an opportunity for you to tell your customers, clients, patrons or patients that you love them. And show them the depth of your love with a genuine and generous offer. Don’t pussy foot around with an offer that’s not almost irresistibly appealing.

So here’s a quickie you can snail mail or e-mail to get there by next Friday and all you need to do is add a little bit of imagination to make it work.

Remember, you can offer a voucher via either channel. Once you’ve got this out to your database, it might be something you can adjust to work as a flyer or on social media to generate new customers, clients or patients.

So, get to it. Show them you love them!

Good morning!

Its Valentine’s Day this week!

And that’s when people go to a great deal of time, trouble and effort to tell the person they love how they feel.

So it seemed kind of appropriate for us to choose the day to tell you how much we love you doing business with us.

We know that there are many other businesses you could choose to be your Valentine, and that’s why we sincerely appreciate our ongoing relationship. In fact, we just love it!

And to show our thanks we are offering a special deal on / are enclosing / have arranged/ are giving you…

We hope you love it!

Thanks for being our Valentine!

Yours sincerely
