Let me tell you what I do. I think of a dog!

After my beloved Millie (the pink and purple eared and tailed Groodle who was the apple of my eye) died a few years back her last wish was that we replace her with another dog as soon as possible.

Within a matter of a few days, we were able to find Kahlee, a rescue dog from a puppy-breeding farm where I don’t think she saw the light of day very often. She really can’t have had much free time because by the age of four she had produced 3 litters, the last one being 13 puppies delivered by Caesarean. Of course, after that operation, she was of no value to the farm and that’s why we managed to get her.

When she walked into our home, she stopped and you could see her thinking, “How long has this been going on? How long has there been a world like this?” She was gazing at what was a doggy heaven.

It took Pollie (our resident Bordoodle) and me quite a long time to help Kahlee learn to be a dog (I had trouble with squatting) but she loved every minute of it. And every day she looks at Pollie, the rest of the family and me and says, “Thank you, I’m in heaven.”

Everything she does, the whole day long, tells us with great joy how appreciative she is. Her attitude rubs off on us all. It’s contagious! It’s why I’m nearly always fantastic!

But, can I let you into a secret? Very occasionally I’m not feeling quite fantastic.

If you want to do more, be more and achieve more you must read this book today!

So what do I do? I simply think of Kahlee! Even better, I look at her! And, almost instantly, I’m fantastic. Works like a charm.

It means every day is a great day! And a dog does it!

I hope you’ve got something that works for you too!
