How often do you go into a store to spend money with them and they make you feel that you are an inconvenience, or that they are doing you a favour, or they don’t even bother to thank you for your purchase? It seems it happens far too often!
When I make a purchase or an enquiry there’s one powerful response of just two wonderful words the person looking after me can say that always makes me feel great.
And what are those two words? Well, brace yourself for them!
Ready? Here they are…
“Too easy!”
Yep, how good is it to hear those too simple words?

They always make me feel fantastic!
It’s just too easy!
“Mrs Cellophane”- I went into a jewellery store with full intent to purchase an item already selected. 3 sales people, 2 heads down stacking shelves, one on the phone glanced and saw me. She finished phone call and proceeded to go through dockets on the desk. It seemed like a “few minutes” went past as I stood silently in the middle of the shop. I finally put my hand above my head and yelled “CUSTOMER!”. The three staff jumped simultaneously and looked surprised that I actually was wanting to buy. Obviously had not been to the Winno finishing school!
G’day Pam and it is fantastic to hear from you coz I was disappointed I didn’t get contact details when we met briefly a while ago. Hope that you, Keith and the family are all doing well.
I know how you feel about being Mrs Cellophane and it reminds me that it was all summed up well in the musical Chicago when one of the leads sings that exactly https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WKHzTtr_lNk&t=83s
