Having just celebrated one of my increasingly rarer birthdays (I’m not observing them as often!), I know how good it is when someone makes a special effort to mark the occasion. Here’s a basic one used by a photographer, variations of which many of my clients have used over the years with a great deal of success both for them and the restaurant.
