On a couple of occasions I’ve praised companies who go the extra miles to write to a new customer and thank them for their purchase.
They don’t have to be long and wordy, or selling missives… just simple notes that read as if the writer had personally penned it (or rather tapped it out on their keyboard).
Here’s one a mate of mine got when he purchased some nice new towels recently.
