This week’s challenge is to tell a staff member what a good job they are doing. There a few simple rules to complete this successfully. You must do it:
- Individually
- Sincerely
- And meaningfully
You should do it when they least expect it and add a simple reward like their favourite chocolate bar. For best results repeat this once a week for different staff members.
If you don’t have anyone you can tell they are doing a good job perhaps you should think about replacing your staff!
