From the Vault: New Business Growth Challenge

I first issued this challenge more than 10 years ago. Today, when many businesses are looking forward and wondering how they’re going to get back on track or even survive in the new business environment, I’m issuing it again.

When was the last time you thanked someone, formally?

This weeks challenge is to send a thank you letter. Thank a friend, family member, co-worker, employee or anyone!

You can thank them with a card, a note or a letter, or through more creative ways if you would prefer.

So put your creative cap on and thank someone in a new and different way!
