Yes, that’s our guarantee. We know exactly how you feel when supplies are ordered and promised for a certain time and then they don’t arrive. So we keep our promises. Your order is absolutely free if it doesn’t get to you by the time we promise.
Now occasionally there are supplies you need which we don’t happen to have in our huge stock. So we’ll order them in for you specially and then we will give you a promise on delivery time. If we don’t keep our promise then you’ll get those for free too.
And our only business is cleaning supplies so naturally, we have a full range of everything you need. But there’s one important difference … we deliver when we promise or you don’t pay!
