We’ve been having a few cold nights and a fair bit of rain around our place recently and its usual for most people to complain about that sort of weather.
But I can never find it in me to complain. Weather is something you just get and should enjoy. Alright! I’m not gunna get involved in a debate about climate change or extreme weather events, I’m just talking about the day-to-day regular, ordinary weather we get around our place.
And what could be more enjoyable, I thought last night, as I snuggled down under the blankets and drifted off to sleep to the sound of the rain on the roof?
It was heaven, a magic moment.
P.S. Shame if you live where you can’t hear the rain on the roof. That makes the magic!
