The passing at the end of August of Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev, the Soviet politician, who served as the last leader of the Soviet Union from 1985 to the country’s dissolution in 1991, reminded me of the Pizza Hut commercial he featured in after retiring. Here’s the Gorbachev TV Spot which was a great coup for Pizza Hut and, no doubt, Mr Gorbachev!
