I’ve probably talked about this before but I really do get incensed when I get a supposed gift certificate from a company with whom I’ve done business.

Why do I get incensed?

Well, generally the gift certificate turns out not to be a gift at all, most often because it has strings attached. For example, it has to be used before a certain date, cannot be used to purchase particular products or cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

I reckon if you give a client, customer or patient a gift certificate it should come without strings attached. In fact, emblazoned on the certificate should be something like “Use this at any time on any product or in conjunction with any other offer!”

After all, if it is meant to be a gift, it should be a gift!

A crash course in cunning tactics and savvy strategies that will give your business an incredible shot in the arm... not for a day or two, but forever. Get it now!

When you give gifts to the people that you love, you don’t have any strings on those gifts do you? And don’t you love your customers, clients or patients?

I rest my case!
