Another Commercial

I love looking at commercials from yesteryear and here’s a 1970‘s Continental Airlines commercial featuring a guy called Buster Crabbe (more about him later). I travelled first class on Continental in the eighties ,and can assure you it was nothing like the commercial suggests. Continental ceased operations in 2003.

Clarence Linden Crabbe II, known professionally as Buster Crabbe, was an American two-time Olympic swimmer and film and television actor. He won the 1932 Olympic gold medal for 400-meter freestyle swimming event, which launched his career ion the silver screen and later television. Wikipedia
