Let’s imagine you’ve done a powerful sales piece… by way of a point of sale poster, flier, advertisement, AdWords, email or whatever and you start to get lots of enquiries making you very happy. All of the enquirers are obviously interested in what you’re offering but they all have a question or two.
What should you do?
Well answer their questions and endeavour to make the sale, of course!
But one more item.
Record the questions you’re getting because those questions are telling you that it’s information you left out of your offer. Answer those questions in your sales piece and you’ll get more sales!
