Well, as we approach the end of the year, I’ve realised that it’s time to for me to end my time at the computer writing this newsletter!
I’ve loved doing it and I hope you’ve enjoyed reading it.
Thank you every one and especial thanks to Felicity who has turned my words into something readable.
Thank you and farewell!
Don’t say it’s so Winno! This is like when Warnie called it a day (I wasn’t around for The Don). Or Mark Ella. Or Plugger. Your insights and the unique and entertaining way you delivered them will be missed by many. On ya bike!
Thanks Winno for everything.
I saw you speak at a business breakfast in Brisbane over ten years ago, and have never forgotten it. I’ve taught my son the things you taught me, and we apply the WIIFM test to everything we pitch to our customers.
If your goal was to help others, you nailed it. Well done, and thank you.
“You helped us”
Greetings Winston!
My heartfelt thanks to your long commitment to all things ‘youth’! Your spirit continues to contribute to RYLA District 9790.You have impacted youth by offering hope and belief in themselves.
Some are doctors, some teachers, some engineers, some firmly aligned to their original profession and others now have families…your legacy unseen by you.
Special place for the very first person that offered to support RYLA (and me)!!!
In gratitude and kindness,
Linda

Thanks Winno for years of great material. I will miss your newsletters.
Thank you Winston.
I can honestly say “you helped me”.
Although it was a long, long time ago, your words and “way of thinking” (WIIFM, etc) has remained with me.
Enjoy your well-earned retirement.
Regards
Arthur

It has been much appreciated….
Cheers…. Mal~ 2004 RYLA…
Thank you Winno for providing inspiration each month which I have always taken the time to carefully read for approx 40 years. Two of my sons also receive and read your newsletter.
Keep helping people and I hope that you open the gate into many more years.
Did you build the model train layout?
